Membership costs either £25 or £40 depending on whether you want to join the Welsh Athletics Association.  Club membership is £25 (which reduces each month by £2 depending on when in the year you join, starting from April). WAA registration is £15 (however this remains the same whenever you join) offers you a range of benefits including insurance and £2 discount off most races. Membership of Welsh Athletics is also required for some races and to run in the Castle Relay.

Please come and try us out for 2 sessions and then decide if you want to join.

Please download and complete the membership form indicating whether you also want to register with WAA and return to Justine Cass, with a cheque for £25 or £40, payable to Penarth and Dinas Runners c/o 15 Cae Canol, Caversham Park, Penarth, CF64 3RF
