Porthkerry Five

The first Porthkerry Plod took place in April 2006and has become just as successful and respected as the Cosmeston Relays. In it's 6th year, is a 5 mile traffic free race, held entirely within the Porthkerry Country Park near Barry, with stunning views across the Bristol Channel and Glamorganshire Heritage Coast. This event has established itself as a popular fixture on the local sporting calander and this year has been renamed the Porthkerry Five.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to Penarth & Dinas Runners nominated charities for 2012, CAVRA and Thrive
